Monday

Black Bean Chili-- $5.50
Slow simmered black beans with Mexican chorizo topped with sour cream and cheddar cheese served with jalapeno corn bread.

Beef Barbacoa Burrito-- $5.25
Zesty beef barbacoa with Monterrey jack cheese, lettuce and tomatoes wrapped in a flour tortilla served with Mexican rice and re-fried beans.

Tuesday

Chicken and Spinach Fettuccini -- $6.50
Creamy chicken and mushroom sauce over spinach fettuccini with garlic bread and a side salad.

Fish Tacos-- $5.95
Grilled whitefish served in a flour tortilla with honey, lime cabbage slaw and cilantro rice.

Wednesday

Shrimp Etouffee-- $7.95
Traditional New Orleans style etouffee served over dirty rice with dinner rolls and a side salad.

Italian Deli Panini-- $6.95
Thinly sliced deli meats and provolone cheese with lettuce, tomato, onion, pepperoncini and Italian vinaigrette served with your choice of fries.

Thursday

Tortellini Primavera-- $6.95
Cheese-filled tortellini with sautéed mixed vegetables, roasted garlic, olive oil and a drizzle of balsamic reduction served with garlic bread and a side salad.

Grilled Chicken and Bacon Panini-- $6.25
Grilled breast of chicken stacked with crisp, smoky bacon, Swiss cheese and honey mustard served with your choice of fries.

Friday

Linguine Vongole-- $7.95
Al dente linguine pasta topped with white clam sauce served with garlic bread and a side salad.

Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella Panini-- $5.50
Crusty French bread layered with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella cheese served with a side of balsamic vinaigrette for dipping and your choice of fries.

The Winter Wine Tasting Festival will be open to all base personnel and guests 20 years of age and older.


Tickets:
$30 per person in advance (Advanced tickets sales begin on February 20th and end at close of business at Club Iwakuni on March 19th)
$40 per person day of the event.
Business casual attire required; no jeans please.

Rissole
Creamy risotto balls wrapped around cheese, breaded and fried, served with basil pesto cream.

Herbed Flatbread
Flatbread topped with Italian sausage, red grapes, tangy goat cheese and fresh herbs.

Roasted Pork Loin
Oven roasted pork loin filled with sun-dried cherry chutney.

Pasta Stations
Adobo Chicken with Rotini
Chicken breast stewed with ancho and chipotle chilies and a touch of cream served with garden rotini.

Seared Scallop Beurre Blanc
Mild sea scallop seared and served with orzo pasta in white wine butter.
