Appointment Cancellation Policy and Patron Notification

Marine Corps Community Services (MCCS) reserves the right to make policy and business decisions for all its activities aboard Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni.

It is a business based decision as well as a community service decision to have in place an appointment cancellation policy.

This policy is to ensure that all customers have access to salon services in a more timely fashion and that no appointment time remains unfilled for customers who are waiting to receive services.

Appointment Cancellation Policy:

At a minimum, appointments must be cancelled 24-hours prior to your scheduled service.
Patrons that fail to cancel appointments 24 hours or more prior to their scheduled service will be required to make a full non-refundable deposit when scheduling future appointments.
Patrons that fail to cancel appointments with in the required time frame and have future appointments previously scheduled will be required to prepay for all previously scheduled appointments within 24 hours of being notified by the salon.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to ALL services offered by Head to Toe Beauty Salon.

Patron Notification:

It is the customers’ responsibility to keep track of their appointments. There is no obligation on the part of the salon to remind customers’ of their appointment. Contacting customers is a courtesy the salon offers when personnel/time permits. Customers calling the Salon to make appointments may pick up an appointment slip at any time during the Salons’ hours of operation 1000 – 1900 Monday – Saturday.
