Barracks Eats: Mac & Cheese

- 1 cup whole wheat pasta
- 1 head of broccoli or 1-2 cups frozen broccoli
- Tbsp ground flax seed or flour
- 1/3 cup unsweetened milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Coffee maker or electric kettle
- 2 small mixing bowls
- Mixing spoon
- Measuring cups and spoons
- Cutting board
- Optional: rotisserie or canned chicken, deli meat, etc.
