Gym Hero Fitness Camp
Registration begins December 21.
This weight training program was designed to help develop various fitness skills that will build strength and muscle through consistent work and proper progression. The definition of a hero is a person who is admired or idealized for courage, outstanding achievements, or noble qualities. This program’s mission is to help participants discover the hero within themselves through fitness.
