Ultimate Power Boot Camp
The Ultimate Power Boot Camp will build confidence, mental toughness, and overall a positive attitude with your fitness goals in mind. This workout program may be conducted in both indoor and outdoor spaces to test and strengthen each participant in a variety of ways. Workouts may include modalities such as HIIT, strength and power-based programs, as well as aerobic training. Workouts will be designed to challenge and help each participant get that much closer to their overall goals.
Location: IronWorks North
All levels welcomed (modifications will be offered).
All eligible base personnel (Ages 19 and older)
Registration begins: JUL 23 at Noon
Class Limit: 15 spots each
- Mondays & Wednesdays | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
- Mondays & Wednesdays | 5:30-6:30 PM
- Tuesdays & Thursdays | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM
